About Teresa Evans-Johnson

The #1 rule I live by in real estate—and in life—is the Golden Rule: treat others the way you wish to be treated. My dedication to this career is rooted in a genuine passion for helping people, celebrating alongside them when they reach their homeownership dreams. There’s nothing quite like the moment my buyers receive their keys—the joy on their faces is my ultimate affirmation of a job well done. I am a native West Virginian and truly love all things about the state I’ve called home for six decades. My journey to real estate was born out of resilience and reinvention. Years ago, I had my dream job with an integrated engineering firm specializing in government proposals. When the business closed due to the owner’s illness, I was faced with the challenge of redefining my path. Drawing on my prior experience in the administrative, accounting, and marketing sides of real estate, I made the decision to step fully into the role of a REALTOR®—not just any REALTOR®, but the very best I could be. That same strong work ethic that fueled my earlier career carries through to my real estate practice today. I’m honest, tireless, and deeply committed to placing my clients’ interests above my own. What matters to you matters to me, and while the path to closing may have its challenges, you can trust that I’ll navigate every twist and turn with unwavering dedication—always with the goal of getting you across the finish line. If you’re looking for a real estate experience built on trust, perseverance, and a true sense of partnership, I’d be honored to guide you home.
