About Lora Vance

Lora Vance, REALTOR®/Salesperson Dedicated. Proven. Passionate. With over 13 years of experience in the real estate industry, I am a seasoned REALTOR® and Salesperson specializing in buyer representation, listing services, relocation assistance, short sales, and property management. My commitment is to guide each client through every step of the real estate journey with confidence, clarity, and care. If you're seeking a results-driven professional known for unwavering integrity and a 5-star client experience, you've come to the right place. My clients consistently commend my dedication, professionalism, and personalized service. Before launching my real estate career, I proudly served for 23 years as a Physician’s Assistant in a fast-paced medical practice. While I loved that role, I took a Leap of Faith to pursue a long-held dream—real estate. That leap led to a fulfilling career marked by numerous achievements: Most Valuable Agent – 2014 Top Producer – 2015 through 2024 Herald Dispatch Best in the Tri-State (Cabell County) – 2016 & 2020 Putnam County Best Real Estate Agent – 2022 These honors, voted by clients and community members, are among my most treasured accomplishments. Outside of real estate, I’m a devoted wife, proud mother of two, and grandmother of two amazing grandchildren. I'm also a passionate animal advocate, caring for a variety of rescued animals—cows, chickens, goats, geese, ducks, dogs, and cats—on our family farm. Giving a voice to the voiceless is part of my life's purpose. I consider it a privilege to do what I love every day. Real estate is more than a profession—it's my passion. Helping clients find their perfect home or sell with confidence brings me genuine joy. When you're ready to buy, sell, or simply have questions about your real estate options, reach out to me—Lora Vance, REALTOR®/Salesperson, also known as The Real Estate Chick. I'm just a call away at (304) 412-4819.
